    大型综放工作面沿空巷道窄煤柱合理宽度确定

    • 摘要: 沿空巷道煤柱破坏失稳是典型的不连续现象。在煤柱系统力学简化模型基础上,应用突变理论方法得出了煤柱系统的尖点突变模型,进而推出了煤柱失稳破坏的临界宽度理论公式。研究结果表明:煤柱临界宽度与埋深、煤柱高度、巷道宽度、应力集中系数、侧压系数、煤层界面内摩擦角和黏聚力及煤帮支护阻力等因素密切相关。在煤柱临界失稳宽度的基础上,引入安全系数来确定窄煤柱的合理宽度。最后,经过工程实例应用,验证了该研究手段的可行性。

       

      Abstract: The instability and failure of coal pillar along gob-side entry is a typical nonlinear process. The cusp catastrophic model is obtained on the basis of the mechanical model of coal pillar system. Then, the formula of critical width for instability and failure of coal pillar is obtained. The results show that the critical width of coal pillar depends on the external factors such as the depth, the coal pillar height, the internal friction angle and cohesion, the stress concentration factor, the lateral pressure coefficient, the entry width as well as supporting intensity of coal rib. Based on the critical width of coal pillar, a safety factor is introduced to determine the rational width of narrow coal pillar. Finally, the feasibility of the method is verified by an engineering case.
