    The Upper Corner Gas Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Caving Face of Extremely Thick Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对郭家河矿1303工作面瓦斯涌出量高,严重影响工作面安全生产的技术难题,通过分析瓦斯来源和上隅角瓦斯积聚原因,采取了增加风量、设置风障、吊挂水射流风机、伪巷排放、隅角埋管抽放和高位钻孔抽放等综合治理措施,有效地解决了上隅角及回风瓦斯超限问题,保证了工作面安全生产。

       

      Abstract: For the technical problems of high gas emission in 1303 working face of Guojiahe mine which seriously affect safety production of working face,through anlyzing the gas source and gas accumulation reasons in upper corner,the paper adopted the comprehensive control measures including increasing the amount of wind,setting the windbreak,hanging water jet fans,discharging in pseudo roadway,discharging by upper corner buried pipe,high level borehole discharging and other measures,which effectively solved the problem of the gas transfinite in upper corner and return air and ensured the safety production in working face.
