    钻孔角度对水力冲孔效果影响的试验研究

    Experimental Study on Influence of Drilling Angle on Hydraulic Flushing Effect

    • 摘要: 为了研究钻孔角度对水力冲孔效果的影响,采取试验研究的方法在中马村矿27001底板回风巷开展水力冲孔试验,利用冲煤量统计、瓦斯抽采量检测、数据分析等技术手段,研究了同等条件下不同角度钻孔的冲煤量及瓦斯抽采效果,结果表明水力冲孔冲煤量及瓦斯抽采效果随钻孔角度的减小而增大;获得中马村煤矿水力冲孔钻孔最佳单位冲煤量:大角度孔(50°及以上)的单位冲煤量为1~1.5 t/m,小角度钻孔(50°以下)单位冲煤量为1.5~2 t/m。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the influence of hole angles on hydraulic flushing effect, hydraulic flushing tests have been carried out with the method of experimental research in 27001 floor return air roadway. By using the means of the statistics of coal flushing quantity, gas drainage quantity detection, data analysis and so on, we studied the coal flushing quantity and gas drainage effect under different conditions. The results show that coal flushing quantity of hydraulic flushing and gas extraction effect increase along with the decrease of the hole angle; the best unit coal flushing quantity of the large angle hole(50 ° and above 50 °) of Zhongmacun Coal Mine is 1 t/m to 1.5 t/m, and the unit coal flushing quantity of small angle hole (below 50 °) is 1.5 t/m to 2 t/m.
