    • 摘要: 为了提高煤矿充填材料的性能,采用煤气化粗渣和特细沙作为骨料,以普通水泥作为胶凝材料配置了充填材料。测定了料浆的塌落度和充填体的强度。结果表明:随着特细沙含量的增加,料浆的塌落度降低;当充填骨料的不均匀系数K0满足塔博方程(K0=4~5)时,充填体的强度最高。在煤气化粗渣作为粗骨料,水泥含量为8%的条件下,特细沙作为充填细骨料的充填性能优于煤气化细渣。

       

      Abstract: In order to improve the properties of backfill material in coal mine, a kind of backfill material that takes coal gasification coarse slag and super-fine sand as aggregate and ordinary Portland cement as cementitious material is used. The slump and strength of the backfill material were measured. The results show that with the increasing of super-fine sand, the slump of the slurry decreases; the strength of the backfill material attains the most when the uniformity coefficient of the aggregate conforms to Talbot formula(K0=4 to 5). The super-fine sand is better than the coal gasification fine slag as fine aggregate when coal gasification coarse slag is used as coarse aggregate and content of Portland cement is 8% in the backfill material.
