    冲孔卸压抽采技术在中马村矿突出煤层中的应用

    Application of Hydraulic Flushing and Pressure Relief Technology in Outburst Coal Seam of Zhongmacun Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对中马村矿存在高瓦斯煤层的问题,采用了水力冲孔技术,介绍了水力冲孔增透机理,通过在中马村矿开展水力冲孔卸压抽采技术工业性试验,初步确定了水力冲孔最优冲煤量和有利于冲孔的钻孔倾角。结果表明:单孔冲煤量在0.4~1.3 t/m范围内上下浮动,冲煤量主要以0.8 t/m居多,即最优冲煤量为0.8 t/m;钻孔的倾角对水力冲孔的冲煤量有一定的影响,钻孔倾角在40°~70°之间最有利于冲孔。采取水力冲孔增透抽采措施后与普通钻孔相比,抽采瓦斯初始流量平均提高5倍以上,衰减系数降低50%以上。

       

      Abstract: For the problem of high gas coal seam in Zhongmacun Coal Mine, hydraulic flushing technology was adopted to study the hydraulic flushing and permeability increase mechanism, the optimal coal flushing quantity and optimum dip angle of hole were determined through industrial test in Zhongmacun Coal Mine by using hydraulic flushing technology. The results showed that the coal flushing quantity of single hole is floated in the range of 0.4 t/m to 1.3 t/m and the coal flushing quantity of 0.8 t/m is the majority. The inclination of drilling hole has an important influence on the coal flushing from hydraulic flushing hole and the angle of hydraulic flushing hole between 40° and 70° is best for flushing. Comparing hydraulic flushing technology with ordinary drilling, the initial extraction gas flow was increased by more than five times, attenuation coefficient was decreased by more than 50 percent.
