    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology Under Condition of No Pillar Mining in Easy Spontaneous and Combustion Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 以乌兰煤矿Ⅱ020802工作面为例研究易自然煤层工作面在无煤柱开采等条件下的防灭火技术。通过实验得出Ⅱ020802工作面煤层的自然发火特性参数;在理论分析的基础上结合现场观测找出无煤柱开采下煤岩体的支撑应力特征、裂隙发育状况以及漏风通道;在开采过程中矿方根据实际状况采取以立体监测为主、进而有针对性地采取堵漏、注浆、注氮以及利用高位钻孔实施汽雾阻化剂等综合防灭火技术措施,顺利地保障了工作面的安全回采。

       

      Abstract: Taking Ⅱ020802 working face of Wulan Coal Mine as an example, we research the fire prevention technology of easy spontaneous combustion coal seam under the condition of no pillar mining. We obtained coal seam spontaneous combustion characteristic parameters of Ⅱ 020802 working face by experiment, and found the support stress characteristics, fracture development and air leakage path of coal rock mass with no pillar mining on the basis of theoretical analysis. In the process of mining, coal mine, taking the stereoscopic monitoring as the main method and assisting targetedly by plugging, grouting, nitrogen injection as well as the implementation of high-level drilling steam fog inhibitor, uses comprehensive fire prevention measures according to the actual situation to smoothly ensure safety of working face.
