    • 摘要: 为解决井下近距离封闭火灾区时容易发生二次事故的问题,以本安型PLC 控制箱、气动控制箱、密闭门为核心设计出灾区远距离自动封闭系统。系统通过以单片机为CPU核心的微型计算机系统对密闭门的关闭状态进行判断,并发出指令,执行下一个动作,通过气动控制系统实现对密闭门进行锁紧。经气密、防爆及井下现场试验的结果表明:装置具有良好的气密性与防爆性,可以顺利实现远程自动控制密闭门的开启与闭合,可以有效保证救护人员的安全。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of the secondary accidents in closed fire area, the automatic sealing system of the disaster area is designed with PLC control box, pneumatic control box and closed door. The system makes a judgment on the closed state of closed door by microcomputer system taking single chip microcomputer as CPU core, and sends out instructions to perform the next action, and the closed door is locked by means of pneumatic control system. The results of airtight, explosion-proof and underground field tests show that the device has good air tightness and explosion-proof property, and it can realize the opening and closing of remote automatic control for airtight door successfully, which can effectively guarantee the safety of rescue personnel.
