    Permanent Magnet Speed Regulating Mobile Refrigeration Device for Coal Mining Area

    • 摘要: 对永磁调速型移动制冷装置进行整体设计,研究了配合磁力耦合器的ZLF-400移动制冷装置。在温度不断变化的实验场地进行制冷试验,不设置温度参数时,制冷温度会自动调节到固化温度,若需改变温度,则改变控制器上温度参数,控制器会向调速型磁力耦合器的执行器发出改变气隙的命令,从而调节压缩机与风机电机转速来改变制冷温度。在相同条件下不用磁力耦合器控制电机做相同制冷试验,每小时设备耗电量明显增加。试验结果表明,使用调速型磁力耦合器的制冷设备,制冷温度与风量适宜且耗能低,大大节约了耗电成本,且增加了工作人员的舒适度。

       

      Abstract: The ZLF-400 mobile refrigeration device with magnetic coupling is studied through the whole design of permanent magnet speed regulating mobile refrigeration unit. In the experimental site where the temperature is constantly changed, when the temperature parameter is not set, the cooling temperature will automatically adjust to the curing temperature. If it is necessary to change the temperature, alter the temperature parameters on the controller, the controller will send a command to the actuator of the variable speed type magnet coupling to change the air gap, thereby adjusting the speed of the compressor and the fan motor to change the refrigeration temperature. Under the same conditions, the power consumption per hour of equipment is increased obviously without the magnetic coupling control motor to do the same refrigeration test. The test results show that the cooling equipment, the cooling temperature and the air quantity are suitable and the energy consumption is low, which greatly saves the cost of electricity consumption and increases the comfort level of the staff.
