    Study on Ventilation Control of Gas Accumulation in a Coal Bunker of Preparation Plant

    • 摘要: 针对某选煤厂原煤仓瓦斯积聚的问题,提出了在储煤仓内加设壁面开设有圆形通孔的鼓风筒,并将窗户开设在设备仓仓壁顶端的通风方案,最后通过数值模拟对通风方案的瓦斯积聚治理效果进行了模拟分析。通风方案适用于不同储煤高度原煤仓的瓦斯积聚治理,为选煤厂原煤仓的瓦斯积聚治理提供了技术参考。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problem of gas accumulation of a coal bunker, the air duct with circular hole in the wall of the storage bunker is proposed and the ventilation scheme sets up windows at the top of the warehouse wall. The controlling effect of gas accumulation of the ventilation scheme is analyzed by numerical simulation at last. The ventilation scheme is applicable to the gas accumulation control of different coal storage height, which provides a technical reference to gas accumulation control of a coal bunker.
