    Main Influencing Factors and Prevention Methods for CO Overrun in Fully Mechanized Coal Face

    • 摘要: 为解决综采工作面回风隅角CO存在超限异常的难题,以神东矿区为例,通过对采空区煤在常温条件下还原环境中CO的脱附实验和氧化环境中氧化实验的比较,证明了煤的氧化是常温下神东矿区采空区CO产生的主要因素。并进行了调研及现场观测,确定了引起CO超限的煤层内部因素、设备因素和环境因素。针对不同的影响因素,提出了相应的超限防控方法,确保工作面安全生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of CO abnormal overrun in air return corner of fully mechanized coal mining face, taking Shendong Mining Area as an example, through the comparison between the desorption experiment of CO in reducing environment and oxidation experiment of CO in oxidizing environment at normal temperature for coal of gob, which proves that the coal oxidation is the main factor to produce CO at normal temperature in the gob of Shendong Mining Area. Furthermore, after the investigation and field observation, we ascertain the internal factors of some coal seams, facilities factors and environmental factors causing CO overrun. According to different factors, we come up with the corresponding methods for CO overrun to ensure the safety production in the working face.
