    Optimum Selection of Cooling Way for Long Distance and Large Width Coal Mining Face

    • 摘要: 菏泽赵楼煤矿5302采煤工作面因其宽度较大、巷道过长而被定义为长距离大宽度采煤工作面。为了解决“长距离”与“大宽度”导致的面内严重热害问题,根据局部制冷降温基本原理以及煤矿现场实际情况,对面内热害形成进行了系统研究后,有针对性地提出3种降温方式并进行降温方式优选。通过分析表明,传统的降温方式难以达到良好的降温效果,而“空冷器+防尘水+乳化液”新型组合降温技术的提出有效地解决了5302工作面的热害问题。

       

      Abstract: The 5302 coal mining face of Zhaolou Coal Mine is defined as the long-distance large-width coal mining face due to the larger width working face and longer roadway. In order to solve the problem of severe heat damage caused by “long distance” and “wide width”, according to the basic principle of local cooling and the actual situation of coal mine site, we propose three kinds of cooling methods and carry out the optimal analysis after the systematic study of the internal heat damage. The analysis shows that the traditional cooling method is difficult to achieve good cooling effect, moreover, the new combination cooling technology of “air cooler + dustproof water + emulsion” solves the heat damage problem of 5302 working surface effectively.
