    • 摘要: 随着产量的增加及开采深度的延伸,为保证矿井通风安全,矿井有必要进行通风系统改造。根据小常煤矿实际情况,分析了该矿井通风系统改造必要性,并结合矿井现状提出了4种可选方案,通过比较分析确定了最优方案,然后详细介绍了通风系统改造实施整个过程,包括新增井筒和巷道参数、风量分配及通风阻力计算、风机校核及选型、工期和技术经济分析等。为类似矿井的通风系统改造提供一定参考依据。

       

      Abstract: With the increasing of output and the extending of mining depth,to ensure the safety of mine ventilation system,it is necessary to reconstruct the ventilation system.The paper analyzes the necessity of mine ventilation reconstruction according to the practical situation of Xiaochang coal mine,and puts forward four options combined with the situation of coal mine.The best option is determined through a comparative analysis,then the paper introduces the entire process of ventilation system reconstruction in detail,including the parameters of new increased shaft and tunnel,calculation of ventilation resistance and air volume distribution,fan check and selection,analysis of technical economy and time limit,etc.It provides reference for the similar coal mine.
