    Analysis of Blasting Vibration Signals of Deep Vertical Shaft Excavation Based on HHT Method

    • 摘要: 爆破振动信号分析是爆破参数确定的重要依据。以潞安古城煤矿桃园进风井掘进工程为背景,对立井掘进施工过程中井壁振动信号进行了HHT分析。对爆破信号进行EMD分解,得到信号的各IMF分量,对主分量信号进行Hilbert变换并求取包络线,准确识别出立井爆破雷管实际微差间隔时间并获得信号的Hilbert时频谱。分析表明:HHT方法自适应性强,适合于对立井爆破信号进行精细化特征提取。

       

      Abstract: The analysis of blasting vibration signal is an important basis for the determination of blasting parameters. Taking the excavation engineering of Taoyuan downcast shaft in Shanxi Lu’an Group Gucheng Coal Mine as the background, the blasting vibration signals of well wall in the construction process of shaft construction are analyzed by HHT. We carry out the EMD decomposition for blasting signals, get the IMF components of signals, and transform the principal component signals by Hilbert and obtain envelope curve, accurately identify the actual millisecond interval of blasting detonator, and obtain the Hilbert frequency spectrum of the signals. The analysis shows that the HHT method is adaptive and suitable for fine feature extraction of vertical blasting signals.
