    Spontaneous Combustion Control Technology in the Gob

    • 摘要: 为解决采空区自燃火灾的难题,以某煤矿为例构建计算流体力学模型,利用Fluent模拟不同监测面的CO浓度百分比,提出利用增稠粉煤灰二氧化碳泡沫材料进行采空区堵漏和防火抑爆。研究结果表明,采空区CO浓度最高的位置在其距工作面20~30 m处,得出灌浆的最佳位置应在采空区距工作面20 m处;利用增稠粉煤灰二氧化碳泡沫材料可以使采空区煤炭自燃得到有效控制。研究结果可为煤矿采空区防灭火提供指导。

       

      Abstract: To solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in the gob,a certain mine was taken as an example to build the computational fluid dynamics model.The software of Fluent was used to simulate the concentration percentage of carbon monoxide at different monitoring faces.Thickening fly ash carbon dioxide foam material is put forward to plug the gob and suppress fire and explosion.The results show that the place of the highest concentration of carbon monoxide lies 20 ~ 30 m away from the working face in the goaf.And the best position to grout is 20 m away from the working in the gob.Thickening fly ash carbon dioxide foam material can control effectively spontaneous combustion in gob.Research results can provide guidance for control techniques of fire in the gob.
