    • 摘要: 为方便、直观掌握全国矿井综合信息,统筹国家层面煤矿安全监管及巡检稽查工作,通过对我国矿井井下信息管理现状的深入研究,提出利用GIS进行二次开发的方式,建立我国煤矿矿井综合信息导航系统。该系统实现了矿井信息的交互式导航及矿井基础信息、安全隐患信息、安全风险信息的综合导航查询。与同类系统相比,GIS支持下的矿井综合信息导航系统在矿井空间信息共享、生产调度指挥决策等方面具有一定的优势,能够有效的提高各级行政部门和集团企业的安全监管能力和决策效率。

       

      Abstract: In order to conveniently and intuitively grasp the national mine comprehensive information, plan the national level of coal mine safety supervision and inspection work as a whole, through the in-depth study of the current situation of mine underground information management in China, we propose the method of using GIS for the secondary development, and establish the integrated information navigation system of coal mine in China. This system realizes the interactive navigation of mine information and integrated navigation query of mine basic information, safety hidden danger information and safety risk information. Compared with the similar systems, the mine comprehensive information navigation system supported by GIS has certain advantages in the mine spatial information sharing, production scheduling command decisions, which can effectively improve the safety supervisory ability and decision-making efficiency of administrative departments at all levels and the group enterprises.
