    • 摘要: 郑煤集团裴沟煤矿由于矿井开采年限长,开采深度延伸,采场范围大,矿井通风路线较长,多数巷道变形快,且墙体与巷道连接处空隙不易封堵,降低了矿井有效风量率和通风系统的可靠性,为确保矿井通风系统的稳定,提出了利用新型弹性让压材料结合传统抗压材料构筑通风设施,另外提出利用预扩大断面替代风门掏槽技术,预加固构筑风门段巷道提高抗变形能力,最后形成整体骨架抗压、材质让压性设施墙体,大大提高了设施服务寿命。

       

      Abstract: Because of long mining life,mining depth extension,large range of stope and longer mine ventilation route,most tunnels in Peigou coal mine of Zhengzhou coal industry group deform fast,and the gap in wall and tunnel junction is not easy to block,which reduces the effective air flow rate of coal mine and the reliability of effective ventilation system.To ensure the stability of mine ventilation system,the method of constructing ventilation facilities by using new elastic yield materials to combine with traditional compression materials is put forward,and the cutting technology by expanding section to replace air door is proposed too,which pre-reinforces and constructs the roadway of air door section and increases anti-deformation capacity.Finally the facilities walls of overall framework compression and materials yield are formed,which greatly improves the service life facilities.
