    • 摘要: 以朝阳煤矿3101(东)工作面工程地质条件为背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟,研究了工作面沿正断层上下盘推进过程中,断层煤柱对采动应力分布演化规律的影响特征。研究结果表明:断层对煤层顶底板的应力传播阻隔效应显著,导致断层煤柱易形成应力集中区;断层上盘的应力阻隔效应相对于下盘较弱,相同断层煤柱下,断层下盘煤柱先于上盘失稳;断层上盘应力集中区域都靠近煤壁,分布较为单一。下盘应力集中区域在断层煤柱大于40 m时分布在断层煤柱上,小于40 m时最高应力值逐渐转移到煤壁上。通过现场实例验证了工作面沿正断层布置时不同断层煤柱条件下煤柱应力演化的差异性,在现场实践中,需要根据具体的工程地质条件进行分析预测,提前做好巷道与工作面的维护措施,保证安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: Taking the 3101 (east) working face of Chaoyang Mine as the engineering background, FLAC3D numerical stimulation was used to study the effect of fault pillar on law of mining stress distribution when the working face moves along the normal fault. The results show that the barrier effect of mining stress is remarkable, which leads to the high stress of the fault coal pillar. The stress barrier effect of the hanging wall is weaker than that of foot wall, and under the same fault coal pillar, the fault coal pillar of foot wall is instable than hanging wall. The concentrated area of the high stress on the hanging wall is close to the coal wall, the concentrated area of the high stress on the foot wall is distributed on the fault coal pillar when the fault coal pillar is greater than 40 m, and the maximum stress is transferred to the coal wall when the coal pillar is less than 40 m. Field practice verifies different stress evolution of coal pillar under different fault coal stress conditions when the working face moves along the normal fault. In the field practice, the roadway and working face of maintenance measures should be arranged based on the case dependent analysis with geological and engineering conditions in order to ensure safe and efficient production.
