    Surrounding Rock Control Technology for Soft Rock Roadway Under Unilateral Mining Influence

    • 摘要: 针对单侧受采动影响的软岩巷道围岩控制问题,以辛置矿310轨道巷为工程背景,采用FLAC3D数值模拟软件,分析了巷道掘进和临近回采工作面回采对巷道围岩稳定性的影响规律,研究了巷道围岩侧向应力与位移演化特征。结果表明:受工作面回采造成的基本顶破断的影响,靠近采空区侧巷道帮变形量较大且不对称下沉。据此提出了顶板锚索偏采空区侧布置的非对称巷道支护方法,辅以巷道围岩注浆加固和混凝土封闭巷道等支护手段,设计了巷道支护方案。工程实践结果表明,巷道围岩控制效果明显。

       

      Abstract: According to the surrounding rock control problem of soft rock roadway influenced by unilateral mining, under the engineering background of 310 track lane in Xinzhi Coal Mine, we analyze the influence laws of roadway excavation and mining near the working face on the stability of roadway, and study the evolution characteristics of lateral stress and displacement of surrounding rock with FLAC3D numerical simulation software. Influenced by the basic roof failure caused by the face mining, the deformation of the roadway sidewalls near the goaf is larger and the settlement is asymmetric. Based on the conclusion, the asymmetrical roadway support layout method of roof anchor at the side of goaf is presented, and the roadway support schemes are designed with the supporting means of reinforcing and grouting the surrounding rock and sealing roadway with concrete. It shows that the effect of roadway surrounding rock control is obvious with the engineering practice.
