    Method of Making Raw Coal Isostatic Pressing Columnar Coal Samples for Heavily Tectonically Deformed Coal

    • 摘要: 针对强变形构造煤原煤柱状煤样制作难的问题,从构造煤在井下的实际赋存状态出发,采集强变形构造煤原始煤样,采用冷等静压技术,模拟上覆地层压力进行等静压压制成型,结果显示,与常规型煤成型固结技术相比,该方法具有可模拟地层压力压制、保持原煤物性、成型好、取样容易、工艺简单等优点。强变形构造煤等静压原煤柱状煤样制作方法的提出为研究强变形构造煤原煤瓦斯扩散、渗透等实验的成败奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: In view of the problem that it is difficult to make columnar coal samples of raw coal for heavily deformed tectonic coal, starting with actual occurrence state of underground coal seam, in this paper, the coal samples of coal with strong deformation were collected, and the static pressing technology was used to simulate the pressure of overlying strata. The results show that the method can be great useful to make columnar coal samples for tectonic coal and has more obvious advantages than conventional coal briquette solidification technology, such as simulating overlying strata pressure, keeping raw coal physical property, good shape, easily taking samples, simple technology and so on. The production method of static pressure raw coal columnar coal samples for strong deformation tectonic coal lays a good foundation to study gas diffusion and gas permeability experiments.
