    全方位调节式履带钻机在寺河煤矿的应用

    Application of Omni-directional Adjustable Crawler Drilling Rig in No.2 Mine of Sihe Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对常规履带钻机调角方式繁琐且辅助工时长的问题,研制了具有角度快速调节功能的全方位调节式履带钻机。采用双立柱快速调角机构,使得钻机的仰俯角和方位角的调节范围为-90°~+90°, 水平开孔高度调节范围为1.25~2.25 m,可实现全方位、多层孔的施工要求。现场应用证明,全方位调节式履带钻机稳定性强,搬迁移位方便,是一款可适应多种施工方式的整体式履带钻机。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem that angle modulation way of conventional crawler drill is fussy and auxiliary working hours is very long, the omni-directional angle quick adjustment crawler drill is designed in this paper. The double column quick adjustment mechanism is designed in the drill, its pitching and the azimuth adjustment angle range is from -90°to +90°, and the horizontal opening hole height is from 1.25 m to 2.25 m, the omni-directional and multi-layer hole construction requirement is realized. The practical application shows that this drilling rig with strong stability and convenient transportation is a new crawler drill can meet a variety of construction ways.
