    • 摘要: 为了防止行人闯入斜巷轨道引起煤矿轨道运输事故的发生,设计了一种将井下人员定位系统和绞车闭锁控制系统相结合的联动闭锁控制系统。该系统通过人员定位系统的动态目标识别器,识别闯入斜巷人员的身份,迅速控制绞车闭锁并用声光报警器进行报警提示。在现场实际应用中,通过地面中心站的监控平台,管理员可以立即发现闯入斜巷者的身份,同时该系统可在4 s之内控制绞车闭锁并发出报警信号,可有效地避免斜巷轨道运输出现安全事故。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent the occurrence of coal mine rail transit accidents due to that the pedestrian entered the inclined lane, a linkage lock-up control system is designed, which combines the personnel positioning system with winch lock-up control system in coal mine. Through dynamic target recognizer of the personnel positioning system, the system can identify the identities of the miners which enter the lane, then lock the winch quickly, and warn the miners by the acoustooptic alarms. In the practical application, the administrator can instantly find the identities of the miners in the lane from the monitoring platform of the ground central station, and at the same time, the system can lock winch within 4 s and warn the miners, which can effectively avoid safety accidents in rail transportation of inclined lane.
