    Research and Application of Coal Wall Support Technology for Gob-side Entry Driving

    • 摘要: 由于煤体硬度较低,受采动应力影响后煤体较为酥软,裂隙发育,在沿空掘巷掘进时,沿空侧的巷帮支护困难,严重影响进度,回采期间巷道收缩变形加剧。通过工业现场试验,对不同施工方案进行比对,结果显示沿空掘巷煤壁注浆支护技术在保证支护效果、提高作业效率、减轻劳动强度、降低综合成本、提高综合效益等方面优势明显。

       

      Abstract: Due to the lower hardness of coal, the coal is more soft and crack develpment after affected by mining stress. During the tunneling of gob-side entry driving, the roadway support along the gob side is difficult, which seriously affects the progress and aggravates the roadway shrinkage deformation during the mining. In this paper, the comparison of different construction schemes is carried out through industrial field tests. The results show that coal seam grouting support technology of gob-side entry driving can ensure the support effect, improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity, reduce overall cost and improve comprehensive benefits obviously.
