    Design and Application of Advance Support Frame of Fully Mechanized Mining Crossheading in Carboniferous Ten Million Tons Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决矿井石炭系特厚煤层综放开采期间工作面回风顺槽超前压力特大、支护困难问题,设计了ZQL2×6000/23/45型、ZQL2×8000/23/45型巷道超前支护支架,并在塔山煤矿8210工作面应用。井下试验表明,该支架组较"单体支柱+铰接顶梁"传统支护方式,支护强度大,支护效果好,有利于综采工作面快速推进,实现安全高效生产。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of large advance pressure and hard support in working face return air crossheading of Carboniferous extremly thick seam during mining period.ZQL2 × 6000 /23 /45 and ZQL2 × 8000 /23 /45 roadway advance support frames are designed and applied in 8210 working face of Tashan coal mine.Underground tests show that the support group has larger support strength and better support effect than traditional support way of " single prop + articulated beam",which is conducive to the rapid progress of mechanized mining face and to achieve safe and efficient production.
