    深部低透煤层水力割缝卸压增透技术研究现状及发展趋势

    Research Status and Development Tendency of Hydraulic Cutting Technology for Pressure Relief and Permeability Increasing of Deep Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 中国煤矿煤层的渗透率普遍较低,瓦斯抽采难度高、抽采率低、抽采达标工程量大,深部高应力条件下瓦斯抽采难度更大。煤层卸压增透是深部低透气性煤层瓦斯灾害防治与煤层气高效开发的关键,而水射流割缝技术是煤层卸压增透的重要技术之一。围绕水射流割缝技术研究发展,系统总结了水力割缝的卸压增透机理、强化射流方法、割缝工艺、射流割缝装备等4个方面的研究现状,分析了当前水力割缝技术在卸压增透量化机理、割缝工艺方法、增透效果评价、装备性能等方面存在的问题,并对水力割缝技术的切割增透能力、装备研发方向、推广应用前景等发展趋势进行了展望。

       

      Abstract: The permeability of coal seam in China is generally low, it leads to high difficulty of gas drainage, low extraction rate, and large amount of drill engineering. In depth, the permeability of seam is much lower under high stress condition, and the difficulty of gas drainage is increased. Relieving stress and improving permeability is the key to the gas disaster prevention and efficient coalbed methane exploitation of low permeability seam in deep mine. Water jet cutting technology is one of the important technologies of coal seam permeability improving. In the paper, the current research status of hydraulic slotting technology, including pressure relief and permeability improving mechanism, strengthening jet method, slotting technique and equipment, is reviewed. Furthermore, the current problems faced in hydraulic slotting technology development, such as quantitative mechanism of permeability increasing, process method, effect evaluation method, and equipment capability, are analyzed. At last, development trends of the capability of cutting, direction of equipment development, and the application prospect of hydraulic slotting technology are overlooked.
