    • 摘要: 扬尘是煤矿井下治理粉尘污染不可忽视的环节,为了研究矿井扬尘发展过程及影响因素,从扬尘的产生现象出发,确定了矿井扬尘类型为空气动力学扬尘、冲击力学扬尘、机械外力扬尘。基于矿井扬尘存在的类型,利用高速摄影技术,统计分析各种类型扬尘颗粒的时序图像,进而分析了扬尘产生过程的粒子运动轨迹及影响因素。数据表明:入射角θ与扬尘发展过程存在对应关系,即入射角决定扬尘的类型和扬尘量,尤其是21°<θ<53°时,扬尘发展过程多样且造成的扬尘量最大,为下一步研究扬尘量奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: Fugitive dust is an important link to control dust pollution in coal mine. In order to study the development process of mine dust and its influencing factors, the types of mine dust are determined as aerodynamic dust, impact mechanical dust and mechanical external dust from the phenomenon of dust emission. Based on the types of mine dust, the sequential images of various types of dust particles are observed by high-speed photography. Then particle trajectory and influencing factors in dust production process are analyzed. The data shows that the incident angle is related to the dust development process. That is to say, the incidence angle determines the fugitive dust types and dust emission. Especially, when the incidence angle changes in the range of 21 ° to 53°, the process of dust development is diverse and the maximum amount of fugitive dust is caused.
