    Influence Factors Analysis of Quantitative Evaluation of Single Borehole Grouting Effect by Water Pressure Test

    • 摘要: 针对注浆堵水工程采取压水试验对单孔注浆效果进行定量评价过程中存在渗透性能数学计算模型及试验参数选定不同对评价结果的影响问题,在系统分析总结渗透性能数学计算模型及其适用条件的基础上,定量分析了不同计算公式计算岩体渗透系数的差异大小,提出了辐射井类定向近水平顺层及分支钻孔压水试验不宜套用传统的管井类钻孔压水试验数学计算模型计算岩体渗透系数。在分析选定不同压水试验参数对单孔注浆效果评价结果影响大小的基础上,从煤矿防治水和注浆堵水技术的角度,给出了高压压水试验对单孔注浆效果进行定量评价的参数选定标准和评价方法步骤。

       

      Abstract: In the project of grouting and blocking water, using different mathematical calculation models of permeability and test parameters can lead to different evaluation results during the utilization of water pressure test on quantitatively evaluation on single borehole grouting effect. On the basis of the system analysis and summarizing the mathematical model of permeability and its applicable conditions, the difference of permeability coefficients of rock mass, which are calculated by equations, is quantitatively analyzed. Additionally, this paper proposes that conventional mathematical calculation model of permeability coefficient, which applies to water pressure test in tube-well borehole, is inapplicability in nearly horizontal and branch directional bedding borehole of radial well. In accordance with the analysis on impact of different test parameters on single borehole grouting effect, and from the point of mine water hazard prevention and control technology and the technology of grouting and blocking water, the paper gives the parameter selection standard, assessing methods, and steps of evaluation.
