    • 摘要: 神东公司传统的“以快治火”方法随着复合煤层的开采,已很难发挥其原有的效果,所以需采用一种高效、长久、经济、便利的防灭火方法解决神东公司矿井内因火灾隐患。神东公司针对近距离煤层群超大采空区的矿井开采现状,深入研究了注浆范围、材料、方法、工艺、过程、注浆区排水及效果考察等相关防灭火技术,在应对矿井自燃火灾时,采取了以注浆防灭火技术为主的综合防灭火措施, 并取得了较好的效果。结合注浆防灭火技术在补连塔煤矿的应用情况,进一步说明了科学、合理地应用注浆防灭火技术能够有效治理矿井煤炭自燃火灾,从而保证矿井的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The traditional “rapid fire control” method in Shendong Company is hard to make it work with the mining of composite coal seams. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt an efficient, long-lasting, economical and convenient fire extinguishing method to solve the fire hazard in the mine of Shendong Company. Aiming at the mining status of ultra-large goaf in the near-distance coal seams of coal mine, in this paper, the grouting range, material, method, technique, process, drainage and effect inspection of grouting area are studied. In response to spontaneous combustion of mines, a comprehensive fire prevention measure based on grouting and fire extinguishing technology has been adopted, and a good result has been achieved. Combined the technology of grouting fire extinguishing technology in Bulianta Coal Mine, the application further demonstrates that the scientific and rational application of grouting and fire extinguishing technology can effectively control the spontaneous combustion of coal mine and thus ensure the safe production of the mine.
