    • 摘要: 榆家梁煤矿的浅埋深近距离煤层无煤柱孤岛综采工作面在回采过程中地表塌陷明显,工作面漏风严重,为了解决工作面氧气浓度偏低影响安全生产的问题,提出改变工作面的通风方式,应用均压技术将工作面全负压通风调整为正压通风。通过对工作面通风系统的设计、风机的选型,确定在52402工作面采用对旋轴流式通风机对工作面进行正压通风。在应用过程中,通过对工作面的风量、压力、气体浓度等技术参数的测定及52401、52403采空区的气体浓度、压力的观测,及时调整工作面进回风的压力和风量,使工作面的氧气浓度正常达到规定要求,确保了工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: The surface subsidence is obvious and air leakage is serious in the working face during the mining process of shallow buried deep island fully mechanized working face in close coal seams without coal pillar of Yujiayang Coal Mine. In order to solve the problem of low oxygen concentration in the working face, it is proposed to change the ventilation mode of the working face, and apply pressure balancing technology to adjust the full negative pressure ventilation of the working face to positive pressure ventilation. Through the design of the ventilation system of the working face and the selection of the fan, it is confirmed that the positive pressure ventilation is applied through counter rotating axial fan in 52402 working face. In the application process, through the measurement of the technical parameters such as air volume, pressure and gas concentration, and the observation of gas concentration and pressure in 52401 and 52403 goaf, adjusting the pressure and air volume of the working face in time make the oxygen concentration of the working surface meet the requirements and ensure the safety of working face.
