    • 摘要: 为了有效防治大采高综采工作面产生的高浓度粉尘,确保作业人员的健康和工作面的安全生产,以补连塔煤矿12511 8 m大采高工作面为研究对象,运用系统性思维,分析了大采高工作面粉尘的主要来源及分布情况,采取了一系列综合防治措施,主要包括净化进风流、优化煤机内外喷雾、负压除尘、湿式捕尘网、防尘滤网、加强个体防护等,使得大采高工作面粉尘浓度降低到了《煤矿安全规程》规定值以下,优化了作业环境,提高了工作面的能见度,为尘肺病预防工作奠定了基础。

       

      Abstract: In order to prevent and control the high concentration dust produced in the large mining height face, to ensure the health of the workers and safety of the working face, the 12511 large mining height face was researched in the Bulianta Coal Mine. The 12511 large mining face of eight meters in Bulianta Coal mine was researched by systematic thinking. This paper analyzed the main source and distribution of dust in high mining height face, and adopted a series of integrated control measures, including purified airflow, optimized internal and external spraying of coal machine, dust removed by negative pressure, dust captured by wet net, dust filtered by net, individual protection and so on. The dust concentration of large mining height working face is below the specified value of Safety Regulations in Coal Mine, which optimizes the working environment, improves the visibility of working face, and lays the foundation for the prevention of pneumoconiosis by taking these measures.
