    Adjustment Analysis and Decision of Ventilation System in Yujialiang Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 榆家梁矿井下采场发生较大变化,作业地点有效风量富裕较多,矿井通风系统较为复杂。针对这一通风系统现状,结合矿井今后5年的采掘接续安排和用风需求,论证分析了矿井通风系统调整方案,得出了最优系统调整方案;按照方案最终决策停运了42煤主要通风机,并对整个矿井通风系统进行了调整,满足了矿井安全生产和用风需求,通风系统稳定合理,取得良好效果。

       

      Abstract: Due to the great changes of underground stope in Yujialiang Mine, the effective air volume at the operation site is much richer, and the mine ventilation system is more complex. In view of the present situation of this ventilation system, combining with the mining and connecting arrangement and the demands for wind in the next five years, the adjustment scheme of the mine ventilation system is demonstrated and analyzed. The optimal system adjustment scheme is obtained. The main ventilator of 42# coal is suspended in accordance with the final decision of the scheme, and the ventilation system of the whole mine is adjusted to meet the requirements of mine safety production and air demand, and ventilation system is stable and reasonable and achieves good results.
