    Design of Anchor Rod Length Measuring Instrument Based on Electic Standing Wave

    • 摘要: 根据电驻波原理设计了一种便捷式无损锚杆长度测量仪,测量仪控制模块采用自带AD的PIC18LF2520单片机,扫描信号产生模块采用TI公司的可编程频率合成器CDCE906,检波模块采用二极管包络检波器,显示部分采用液晶显示。通过频率扫描的方法,测得锚杆始端驻波电压最小时对应的频率值,即可计算出锚杆长度,并在液晶屏上显示。

       

      Abstract: According to the principle of electric standing wave,the paper designs a portable lossless anchor length measuring instrument.The control module of gauge uses self-bring AD PIC18LF2520 single chip microcontroller.Scan signal generator module is adopted based on programmable frequency synthesizer CDCE906 from TI company.Besides,diode envelope detector for designing the detector module and LCD for displaying are utilized.The frequency corresponding to the minimum value of the standing wave voltage at the beginning of the anchor is measured through frequency scanning method.In this way,the length of the anchor is measured,which can be displayed on the LCD screen.
