    Experimental Study on Effective Survival Time of Methane Oxidizing Bacteria Groups in Coal Samples Containing Gas

    • 摘要: 为了研究甲烷氧化菌群在瓦斯煤样中的有效存活时间,开展了相同瓦斯条件下煤样甲烷氧化菌群存活试验研究。首先,搭建了瓦斯浓度变化实时测试系统;其次,将制备好的煤样放入2个测试瓶中,注入相同瓦斯气体,一定时间后分别在2个测试瓶中注入相同体积的甲烷氧化菌菌液和无菌水,分别测试样瓶中瓦斯浓度变化。分析测试试验结果发现:注入甲烷氧化菌菌液的煤样瓶中瓦斯浓度变化较快,且菌液能在31~60 h左右时间内保持持续的降解作用,之后甲烷浓度变化变缓;在相同条件下,甲烷氧化菌液在含瓦斯煤样中的存活时间约在31 h以上。

       

      Abstract: In order to study the effective survival time of methanogenic bacteria in coal samples containing gas, this paper carried out a study on the survival test of methane oxidizing bacteria groups in coal samples under the same gas conditions. First, a real-time gas concentration change test system was set up. Second, the prepared coal samples were placed in two test bottles and the same gas was injected in the two bottles. After a certain period of time, the two test bottles were filled with the same volume of methane oxidizing bacteria and sterile water, and the gas concentration changes in bottles were measured by the test system respectively. The test results show that: the gas concentration of coal sample injected into the gas bacteria liquid changes rapidly, and the bacterial fluid can maintain a rapid rate of change within about 31 hours to 60 hours, and then, the methane concentration changes slowly; that is to say, under the same conditions, the survival time of methane oxidizing bacteria in coal samples containing gas is about 31 hours or more.
