    Experimental Study on Mark Gas of Spontaneous Combustion in No. 11 Coal Seam of Baozigou Mine

    • 摘要: 为了更好地做好豹子沟煤炭自然发火的防治工作,通过对自然发火实验数据的分析,对豹子沟煤矿煤炭自燃规律及特性进行了研究,分析和优选出了标志性气体,确定了煤自燃临界氧气浓度。结果表明:CO、C2H4、C3H6气体出现的临界温度分别在62、165、220 ℃;CO可以作为预侧预报煤自然发火的标志气体;煤炭自然发火的临界氧气浓度为7.0%。

       

      Abstract: In order to do a better job for prevention and control of coal spontaneous combustion in Baozigou Coal Mine, the article analyzes the experimental data of spontaneous combustion, studies the laws and characteristics of coal spontaneous combustion in Baozigou Coal Mine, analyzes and optimizes the mark gas, and determines the critical oxygen concentration for coal spontaneous combustion. The results show that the critical temperature of CO, C2H4 and C3H6 gas is at 62 ℃, 165 ℃ and 220 ℃, respectively. CO can be used as the mark gas for predicting coal spontaneous combustion, and the critical oxygen concentration of coal spontaneous combustion is 7.0%.
