    Research on Boundary Position Optimization for Very Close Vertical Distance Cross-mining Face and Surrounding Rock Stability of Floor Roadway

    • 摘要: 山西某矿骑跨采工作面与底板630轨道运输大巷垂距最小为6 m,为了提高煤炭采出率、保证底板大巷的长期稳定,应用弹塑性理论和数值模拟软件,建立工作面超前和侧向支承压力作用下的平面力学模型和数值模型,得到了底板大巷在超前高应力区和采后低应力区的应力分布特征和变形规律。研究结果表明:跨采工作面开采边界位置距离底板巷道最佳水平距离为15 m。根据动压影响下底板大巷应力分布特征和变形规律,针对性地提出了“局部注浆+高强锚杆索”联合支护技术。现场监测结果表明:加固效果明显,保证了底板大巷的正常使用。

       

      Abstract: The vertical distance between the cross-mining working face and the 630 track transportation of the bottom plate is 6 m in a mine in Shanxi Province. In order to improve the coal recovery rate and ensure the long-term stability of the floor roadway,the elastic-plastic theory and numerical simulation software are used to establish the plane mechanics model and the numerical model under the advanced and lateral support pressure, the stress distribution characteristics and deformation laws of the floor roadway in the advanced high stress zone and the low stress zone after mining are obtained. The results show that the optimal horizontal distance from the boundary of cross-mining face to floor roadway is 15 m. According to the stress distribution characteristics and deformation laws of the floor roadway under the influence of dynamic pressure, the combined support technology of “partial grouting with high-strength anchor rod cable” was proposed in a targeted manner. The monitoring results show that the reinforcement effect is obvious and the normal use of the main roadway is guaranteed.
