    Research on Fire Prevention and Extinguishing in Widespread Closed Goaf of Wangtai Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对王台矿大面积封闭采空区自燃现象,采用了SF6示踪气体监测技术,确定大面积采空区漏风地点,针对性地采取漏风通道堵漏、调整通风方向改变压差的均压防灭火技术以及向采空区注氮防灭火措施,经过选型确定选用DM-1000煤矿用移动式膜分离制氮装置实施钻孔密闭注氮。通过采取综合防灭火措施,采空区CO浓度大大降低,自燃现象得到了有效控制。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the spontaneous combustion in widespread closed goaf of Wangtai Mine, the air leakage location in large area goaf was determined by using monitoring technology of SF6 tracer gas. The control methods, plugging air leakage tunnel, the pressure sharing fire control technology by adjusting the ventilation direction to change the differential pressure and the nitrogen injection and fire prevention measures in goaf, the application of DM-1000 underground mobile membrane nitrogen generator to carry out the sealed nitrogen injection, are used. By adopting a series of comprehensive fire prevention measures, the CO concentration in goaf is greatly reduced and the spontaneous combustion is effectively controlled.
