    Fire Preventing and Extinguishing Technology of Fully Mechanized Caving Face in Kouquan Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对口泉煤业8204综放工作面遗煤过多,可能导致采空区自燃这一情况,结合工作面实际条件,确定了标志气体检测,注氮为主、注浆、喷洒阻化剂为辅的综合防灭火技术。通过对煤样分析,确定了8204工作面以CO为标志性气体,C2H4为辅助性指标来判断采空区煤层自燃情况;在回采过程中综合运用防灭火措施后,工作面上隅角CO浓度维持在(5~10)×10-6,并未监测到C2H4的产生,回风流中的CO浓度维持在(0~2)×10-6,有效地保证了工作面安全回采。

       

      Abstract: In view of the situation that the spontaneous combustion in goaf is possible due to the excessive coal mining of 8204 fully mechanized working face in Kouquan Coal Industry. In combination with the actual conditions of the working face, the marked gas detection and the comprehensive fire preventing and extinguishing technology of nitrogen injection as the main and grouting injection and spraying resistance agent as the auxiliary are determined. Through the analysis of coal samples, it is determined that 8204 working face is identified with CO as the signature gas and C2H4 as the auxiliary indicator to judge the spontaneous combustion of coal seam in goaf. After the integrated utilization of fire prevention measures in the process of mining, the CO concentration at upper corner of working face is(5~10)×10-6, do not detect C2H4, the CO concentration at return air is(0~2)×10-6, which effectively guarantees the safety mining of mining face.
