    唐山沟煤矿切顶卸压沿空留巷技术应用

    Application of Pressure Relief by Roof Cutting in Gob-side Entry Retaining in Tangshangou Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 为解决常规煤柱留设开采方法煤炭掘进率高、采出率低的问题,唐山沟煤矿应用切顶卸压沿空留巷技术,采用350 kN高恒阻大变形NPR锚索支护材料和聚能爆破器材对坚硬顶板进行切顶卸压并确定支护参数,减小巷道内的应力集中,解决了坚硬顶板切顶卸压沿空留巷技术支护难题。结果表明,唐山沟煤矿采用切顶卸压沿空留巷技术后,解决了资源浪费、采掘接续紧张、巷道维护成本较高的问题,取得了良好的经济与社会效益。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problem of high coal tunneling ratio and low extraction rate in the conventional leaving coal pillar method, Tangshangou Coal Mine applies the technology of gob-side entry retaining, and adopts 350 kN of high constant resistance and large deformation NPR cable support material and the assembled blasting equipment to carry out pressure relief by roof cutting and determine supporting parameters, which reduces the stress concentration phenomenon in the roadway and solves the support problem of pressure relief by roof cutting in gob-side entry retaining in the hard roof. The results show that the problems of the waste of resources, the mining connection stress and the high cost of the maintenance of the roadway have been solved with the technology in Tangshangou Coal Mine, which achieves good economic and social benefits.
