    旋扩弥漫式粉尘发生装置

    • 摘要: 由于已有粉尘发生装置不能满足实验室粉尘运移规律、分布规律、沉降规律以及风幕控尘效果等研究的需要,设计了一种螺旋送尘旋转发尘的旋扩弥漫式粉尘发生装置。发生装置将粉尘出口方向设计成30°、60°、90°角,增大了粉尘发生装置的发尘范围,弥补了单一方向发尘的粉尘发生装置;均匀排列在旋转发尘器四周4个粉尘扩散叶片为粉尘运动提供动力,增加粉尘在空间运动的时间。试验结果表明:采用4种粉尘进行发尘试验,旋扩弥漫式粉尘发生装置能够满足实验室粉尘运移规律、分布规律、沉降规律以及风幕控尘效果等研究的需要,为实验室模拟粉尘环境试验研究提供粉尘源。

       

      Abstract: The existing dust generating device can not meet the research needs of migration laws, dust distribution, settlement laws of air curtain dust control effect in laboratory, a swirl diffused dust generating device with spiral dust spinning is designed. In this paper, the direction of the dust outlet is designed to be 30°, 60°and 90°. The dust emission range of the dust generating device is increased, and the dust generating device with a single direction is made up. Evenly arranged around the rotating dust generator, 4 dust diffused blades offer power for dust movement, and increase the time of dust movement in space. The test results show that: four kinds of dust tests proved that the design of the rotary expansion device can meet the research needs of migration laws, dust distribution, settlement laws of air curtain dust control effect in laboratory, and offer the dust source for lab simulation research on environmental test of dust.
