    一种进口驱动桥湿式制动器故障探究与改进

    Fault Exploration and Improvement for an Imported Drive Axle Wet Brake

    • 摘要: 为了解决某防爆胶轮车进口驱动桥多功能湿式制动器因发生窜液故障,导致车辆制动能力下降甚至失效,易发生安全事故的问题;通过介绍制动器的结构与原理,并对故障制动器进行拆解分析,找到了故障原因;在此基础上改进设计了制动器内部结构。经理论校核计算和试验验证,结果表明改进方案解决了制动器故障,消除了车辆安全隐患。

       

      Abstract: The brake capacity of the explosion-proof rubber wheel vehicle was reduced or even invalid because of the channeling liquid fault of multi-function wet brake of the imported drive axle, safety accidents occur easily. In order to solve this problem, the cause of the failure is found by introducing the structure and principle of brake, and disassembling and analyzing the fault brake. On this basis, the internal structure of brake was improved. The results of theoretical calculation and test verification show that the fault of brake is solved, and the safe hidden trouble of the vehicle is eliminated.
