    Failure Analysis of Disc Brakes of Mine Hoist Based on Disc Spring Holder Sensor

    • 摘要: 针对目前广泛用的矿井提升机盘式制动器,进行了失效分析。首先研究了盘式制动器常用的监测制动正压力的方法,分析碟簧座传感器盘式制动器监测碟簧力的原理;然后针对盘式制动器失效的危险情况,运用碟簧座传感器分析了其失效过程,得出失效的盘式制动器的碟簧力不等于制动正压力;最终对失效的盘式制动器进行改进,有效解决了盘式制动器的这种失效问题。

       

      Abstract: The disc brakes of the mine hoist are widely used currently and their failure their analyzed effectively. First of all, the method of the disc brakes monitoring the braking normal pressure which has been commonly used in the mine hoist is studied and the principle of the brakes monitoring the spring force is analyzed. Then, for the dangerous phenomenon of disc brakes failure, the process of disc brakes failure is analyzed based on a disc spring holder sensor. It is evident that the spring force is not equal to the braking normal pressure. Finally, the disk brakes in failure are improved, which effectively solves the failure problem of disc brake.
