    石圪台煤矿采空区气体异常原因分析及防治技术

    Abnormal Cause Analysis and Prevention Control Technology of Gas in Goaf of Shigetai Coal Mine

    • 摘要: 针对石圪台煤矿二盘区采空区气体异常情况,以采空区遗煤自然发火理论为基础,对近距离采空区遗煤分布规律、井上下漏风规律,气体运移规律等进行总结分析,同时以放炮烟气中含有的氮氧化物为“标志气体”,确定气体异常原因为小煤矿剥采破坏大井巷道密闭,炮烟运移、积存至二盘区采空区所致;采取了地面钻孔注浆封堵技术对漏风巷道进行了充填封堵,采空区气体回归正常水平。

       

      Abstract: Aimed at the problems of gas anomalies in the goaf of Shigetai Coal Mine, based on the theory of spontaneous combustion of the residual coal in the goaf, we analyze and summarize of the laws of the residual coal in the goaf of shallow buried depth and close distance seams, the laws of the air leakage in the up and down well, the law of gas migration in the goaf and so on. At the same time, taking the nitrogen oxide contained in the flue gas as the “marker gas”, we determine the cause of the gas anomalies in the goaf, which is that the small coal mine stripping destroys the airtight of the big coal and the flue gas migration and accumulation in No.2 panel. The ground drilling grouting sealing technology is used to fill the air leakage tunnel and the gas returns to normal level in goaf.
