    Research and Application of Directional Drilling Technology in Broken Soft Coal Seam

    • 摘要: 针对碎软煤层定向钻孔深度浅、施工效率低、钻孔事故频发等问题,开发了基于无线随钻测量系统的复合定向钻进技术。介绍了钻进装备系统的典型组成,分析了泥浆脉冲无线随钻测量系统工作原理与特点。实施了碎软煤层定向钻进试验,完成本煤层定向钻孔5个,最深孔深324 m。与常规滑动定向钻进技术相比,综合钻进效率提升50%以上,钻孔成孔率达到60%。表明该技术具有成孔率高,钻孔返渣效果好,综合钻进效率高等技术优势,可用于碎软煤层瓦斯抽采治理。

       

      Abstract: Aiming at the problems such as shallow depth, low construction efficiency and drilling accidents of directional drilling in broken soft coal seam, we developed the compound directional drilling technology based on mud pulse measurement while drilling system. The typical composition of the drilling equipment system is introduced, and the working principle and characteristics of mud pulse measurement while drilling system are analyzed. The directional drilling test in broken and soft coal seam has been carried out using compound directional drilling technology and wireless measurement technology. 5 directional drilling holes were completed in the coal seam, and the depth of the deepest hole came to 324 meters. Compared with the conventional sliding directional drilling technology, the comprehensive drilling efficiency is more than 50%, the hole forming rate reached 60%. It reflected the high porosity, good slag return effect and obvious advantage of comprehensive drilling efficiency. The technology can be used for gas drainage in broken soft coal seam.
