    Indwelling Screen Pipe Technique of Coal Seam Section in Through Beds Hole of Bottom

    • 摘要: 为解决穿层钻孔施工过程中常出现的喷孔、塌孔、抽采周期短等难题,借鉴成熟的套管钻井或跟管钻进护壁技术,提出将随钻留置筛管钻进技术应用于强突出煤层钻孔施工,介绍了其工艺方法和配套的筛管、传扭装置、悬挂构件、相关钻具等装备,并进行现场应用。应用结果表明,采用该技术共施工16个试验孔,留置筛管成功率达到87.5%,钻孔喷孔强度显著减弱,并通过与常规钻进工艺在钻孔实际钻屑量与计算钻屑量的比值对比,说明在控制孔喷方面具有较大提升,保障了后续瓦斯抽采的效果。

       

      Abstract: In order to solve the problems of hole blowout, hole collapse, shorted gas extraction in through beds holes in floor, we learn from mature casing drilling or pipe drilling technology, and use the drilling technique of indwelling screen pipe while drilling for the borehole construction of strong outburst coal seam, introduce the process and the matching screen pipe, twisting device, suspension components and related drilling tool equipment, and on-site application. The application results show that a total of 16 test holes are constructed with this technique, and the success rate of the indwelling screen is 87.5%, which obviously reduces the strength of hole blowout in drilling. Compared with the conventional drilling technology in actual drilling cuttings weight and the calculated ratio of drill cuttings, it has greatly improved in the control of hole injection and guaranteed the mining effect of subsequent gas drainage.
