    • 摘要: 7603工作面是邱集煤矿薄煤层综采工作面、东六采区首采工作面。为保证工作面回采期间的安全,需要对其进行矿压规律监测,研究现有的巷道支护参数是否满足开采需求。通过现场实测,分析了7603工作面轨道巷煤体内走向和侧向支承压力的变化规律,并确定了25 m为超前支护范围;现场实测了巷道围岩随工作面推进的变形规律和巷帮破坏范围。7603工作面矿压显现规律研究表明巷道的现有支护参数合理,满足生产要求。

       

      Abstract: The 7603 working face is a fully mechanized face in thin seam of Qiuji Coal Mine, and it is aslo the first coal mining face of No.6 mining area of eastern coal filed. In order to ensure the safety of the working face, it is necessary to monitor the mining pressure laws to study whether the existing roadway support parameters meet the mining demands or not. Through field measurement, the change laws of the strike and lateral support pressure of the coal in the track lane of 7603 working face are analyzed, and 25 m is determined as the advance support range. The deformation characteristics of surrounding rock and failure range of roadway coal wall were also measured with the advancing of the working face. The study on the surface mining pressure of 7603 shows that the existing supporting parameters of the roadway are reasonable and can meet the production requirements.
