    钻孔测温定位技术在井下火源位置探测中的应用

    The Application of Borehole Temperature Measurement Location Technology in the Detection of Underground Fire Source Location

    • 摘要: 袁堂井901采区⑤分层为3#煤层最底开采分层,由于④分层带采煤柱5 m形成的煤体破碎带,导致⑤分层轨道巷煤柱侧340#棚~360#棚出现高温、高浓度标志性气体、煤焦油味等矿井煤层自燃征兆。在分析破碎煤体空间分布、浮煤厚度以及漏风状况基础上,采取钻孔注水控制火灾进一步扩展,采用气体分析了解火灾状态,采用钻孔测温定位技术准确确定火源位置,然后通过钻孔注复合高分子材料将煤层自燃火灾彻底消除,从而保障了煤矿的安全生产。

       

      Abstract: The fifth coal seam layering of No.901 mining area of Yuantang coal mine is the lowest slice mining of No.3 coal bed,as the length of 5m of coal pillar in the 4th coal seam layering was exploited and arised the coal fracture zone,caused the signs of coal spontaneous combustion,such as high temperature,high concentration index gas,smell of coal tar and so on,in the side of railway laneway coal pillar of the fifth coal seam layering.On the basis of analyzing spatial distribution of fragmentized coal body,float coal thickness and air leakage,drilled holes to inject water to prevent the fire zone expend,got the fire state by analyzing the index gas,determined the precise position of fire source by using borehole temperature measurement location technology,then injected composite high polymer material to get rid of the fire completely,and guaranteed the safety production of coal mine.
