Abstract: Introduced the basic situation of the mechanized caving face in Zhaolou coal mine,hidden trouble of spontaneous combustion and conducted a comprehensive analysis of the spontaneous combustion causes,then targeted to take comprehensive management measures,such as adjusted the ventilation system,affused liquid carbon dioxide,pressure injection of gel and composite colloids,etc.The hidden trouble of spontaneous combustion had been effectively controlled,guaranteed the working face mining successfully.
