    Spontaneous Combustion Control Technology in Fully Mechanized Caving Face Under Low Advancing Speed

    • 摘要: 为了有效治理低推进度易自燃煤层综放工作面的发火,根据采空区遗煤自然发火机理对常村煤矿21170综放工作面采空区自然发火原因进行了分析,提出并实施了以“控制漏风、阻化遗煤”为主的自然发火综合治理技术方案,即降低工作面风量、封堵漏风通道、均压通风等措施减少采空区的漏风强度,以及向采空区注浆、注氮阻化遗煤自燃。常村煤矿21170工作面自燃治理的实际运用结果表明,所采取的措施符合实际,工作面回风CO浓度很快降到24×10-6以下,有效地控制了采空区的自燃。

       

      Abstract: In order to effectively control the natural fire and to guarantee safety of the fully mechanized working face under low advancing speed, the cause of spontaneous combustion in goaf of 21170 fully mechanized mining face in Changcun Coal Mine is analyzed based on the spontaneous combustion mechanism of goaf. The technical scheme for comprehensive control of natural fire based on “controlling air leakage and inhibiting residual coal”, that is reducing the air volume of the working face, blocking the air leakage channel and balancing pressure ventilation to reduce the air leakage intensity in the goaf, as well as the spontaneous combustion of coal in the goaf and nitrogen injection for residual coal, is proposed and implemented. From the practical application results of spontaneous combustion in 21170 working face of Changcun Coal Mine, it can be seen that the measures are in accordance with the reality. The concentration of carbon monoxide in the working face decreased to less than 24×10-6, which effectively controls the spontaneous combustion of the goaf.
