    螺旋钻进快速下筛管工艺配套用PDC钻头的研制与应用

    Development and Application of PDC Bit for Auger Drilling and Rapid Casing Running Technology

    • 摘要: 介绍了螺旋钻进工艺和钻杆内快速下筛管工艺技术,研发了一种适用于螺旋钻进快速下筛管工艺配套用干钻式可开闭PDC钻头;钻头结构主要包括钻头体、密闭中心翼片、特殊铰接机构等。在阳煤新景矿试验过程中,累计使用钻头10只,施工钻孔21个,最大孔深205 m,单只钻头平均寿命358 m,筛管下入率达98%。试验表明钻头结构设计合理,开闭结构稳定,适用于该工艺技术的推广应用。

       

      Abstract: The article introduces the auger drilling technology and rapid casing running technology, a kind of on-off type PDC drill bit for dry drilling which used in the auger drilling and rapid casing running technology, the bit mainly consists of bit body, closed center wing, special hinge mechanism and so on, during the test in the Xinjing Coal Mine, 10 bits are used, 21 boreholes have been constructed, the maximum depth is 205 m, the average life expectancy of a single bit is 358 m, the screen rate reaches to 98%. The test shows that the drill bit has reasonable structure design and stable on-off structure, which is suitable for the popularization and application of the drilling technology.
