    • 摘要: 以煤矿主要通风机作为监控对象,基于CP340/341通讯模块把监控系统涉及到的各个部分有机联系在一起,成功实现了控制单元与温度巡检仪、高压柜系统、变频器等设备之间的通讯。通讯功能的实现不仅为监控功能程序的编写提供了便利条件,同时亦方便系统的功能的优化和升级,并可以降低硬件成本。该系统成功在山东能源某矿投入运行,其具有的运行参数实时监测、一键操作、自动返风、故障预警和数据报表等功能,为主要通风机的安全运行提供了一个重要保证保障和技术支持。

       

      Abstract: Taking main fan as the monitoring object, the communication module based on CP340/341 organically links the various parts involved in the monitoring system, which successfully achieves the communication of the devices such as control unit, temperature inspection instrument and high-voltage cabinet system. The achievement of communication provides the convenience for the writing of monitoring function programs, the optimization and upgrade of system function, and it can reduce the cost of hardware. Put into operation in one of the mines of the Shandong Energy successfully, the system has the functions of operating parameters real-time supervision, one-button operation, automatic air return, early warming and data reporting of fault. It provides a significant guarantee and technical support for the safe operation of the main fan.
