    • 摘要: 以煤矿本安型传感器为试验对象,利用ADS仿真软件对浪涌抗扰度试验进行模拟;针对试验中施加正向浪涌干扰,传感器端电压出现反向缺口复位重启的现象,通过变量扫描仿真分析探讨了模型中各参数对反向缺口的影响。仿真结果表明:传感器的4种等效模型不影响仿真波形,但TVS会加速缺口的产生,作为辅助设备参与试验的供电电源内阻会对端电压波形产生较大影响,而置于TVS前端的电感和二极管都对反向电压缺口有改善作用。

       

      Abstract: In this paper, the coal mine intrinsic safety transducer is taken as the research object and surge immunity test is simulated using ADS simulation software. In view of the phenomenon that the transducer would be rebooted caused by reverse voltage notch of the transducer power port when forward surge immunity is exerted, the influence of various parameters in the model on the reverse voltage notch was discussed through the parameter sweep analysis. The simulation results show that the four equivalent models of transducer have no effect on the simulation waveform. However, the TVS would accelerate the generation of the notch. And the internal resistance of power supply equipment which is used as the auxiliary device in the test has great effect on the waveform of the terminal voltage. The inductor and the diode placed on the front end of the TVS have a certain improvement on reverse voltage notch.
